Study Aim
The aim of this study is to determine the knowledge of fisheries and aquaculture industry stakeholders as it pertains to zoonotic diseases of fish.
Approval to conduct the survey
The Research Ethics Committee, The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine granted ethics approval to conduct this study.
Who should complete the survey?
We are seeking feedback from adults (18 years and over) who frequently work with, consume, handle or interact with live or dead fish, in any capacity.
How long is the survey?
The time needed to complete this survey is 15 minutes. You have the option to "save and return later".

Data confidentiality
The REDCap Software, a secure web application is the tool used for data collection and storage for this project. All electronic connections to the REDCap environment are encrypted and REDCap servers are guarded by multiple firewall and intrusion detection systems. Downloaded data will be password protected. Identifiers will not be collected.
Informed consent
I understand that:
My participation is completely voluntary and I can stop at any time.
If I stop before the survey is completed, my information may or may not be part of the analysis.
I understand that my email address will not be stored.
The data gathered in this study will be stored securely.
